The End-Chapter 1

The End-Chapter 1

A Chapter by Angie Diane♥♥

Chapter 1

"Mommy, mommy," Angela's three year old brother called. He was playing in the sand and smiling at Angela. Angela just smiled at him. He wasn't really her son and she told him before. He just thinks of her as a Mom. The only reason her called his sister Mom was because his real mother was dead. After he was born she suffered from depression and she killed herself. Adrian was one years old when she did that. Angela was about fourteen and they went to live with their single Aunt. Adrian didn't really like her that much so he called his older sister mom.
    "Yes, Adrian," she asked.
"I want to go in the water. Will you come with me?"
"Alright," she said and got up and held his hand as they walked into the water. Adrian was really close to his older sister. He loved everything about her. That is why he called her mom. His aunt always felt bad because she never got to hold him when he was a baby. He would always start to cry when she would try to hold him. Only Angela could get him to stop crying.
He was splashing in the water and laughing. Angela was splashing him and he was giggling. Angela just smiled at him the whole time. When she turned her head she had a daydream. She saw the world all blown up, but one building survived. She also saw that people were dropping dead. She saw herself holding another little boy as well as her brother running. She saw her taking care of the both of them.
"Mommy, I see a little boy crying over there," Adrian said to Angela. Angela picked Adrian up and walked over to the little boy. A dead woman was sitting next to him. The little boy was the one in her daydream. He had dark hair and blue eyes. She bent down in front of him and he looked a little scared.
"Awe, what's wrong, honey," she said to the little boy. He was crying and he couldn't answer her right away. Angela picked him up because he seemed to be the same age as her brother. He dug his head into her shoulder although she was a stranger. He wasn't as scared as he was before because he could feel that Angela was nice.
"My mommy is not moving anymore. I don't know what's wrong with her," he said. Angela felt her pulse and saw that it was gone. Her body was cold to the touch. Angela knew that she was dead then.
"What's your name," she asked him.
"Timmy," he responded while he was still crying. She put him down next to her brother. She noticed that other people started to drop dead as well like in her daydream. She picked up the two little boys and ran to the building like in her daydream. She saw that it was closer than she thought. She ran in there and saw a few other people in the building. There were only four other people in there. All they heard was a loud noise. The world had exploded like in her day dream, but the building stayed in tact.
"Mommy, I'm scared," Adrian said while crying when he heard the loud noise. He grabbed onto her leg and she saw the other little boy was crying too. She picked both of them up and she knew that they were scared.
"Don't worry about it Adrian and Tim we are safe in here. I see that there is food that had been gathered in here," she said. Tim was scared of them both because he didn't really know them. Angela looked at him and he calmed down a little bit.
"You kids are going to be okay. I will watch over you. I will be able to manage," she said. The four other people that were in the room were staring at her. They were about the same age as her. Angela saw that there were three boys and one girl. She was the only other girl in the room. She didn't talk to the other four people because she was watching the two little boys. Adrian was holding onto her leg and Tim was watching her.
"Tim, what's wrong," Angela asked him.
"I'm still scared," he said while crying some more. Angela picked him up and told him that it was going be alright.
"I'll take care of the both of you. I think I will get you two some food because it looks like you are going to need some food in your systems."

Adrian's stomach rumbled and he was giggling at his sister again. Tim was now smiling at her. She could tell that the two little boys were going to be great friends.
