The End-Chapter 4

Chapter 4

    Angela got out of the shower to hear her little brother crying. She ran into the room with just a towel around her to see what was going on. She saw that Adrian had fallen off the bed. She picked him up and cleaned him off. He had a little cut on his leg and he was bleeding. Angela knew that Adrian was afraid of blood and that's why he was crying.
    "Adrian, sweetie are you okay," she asked her little brother. He was still crying to hard. Tim was not in the room anymore and Angela was worried about him. She knew that Kevin had taken him and he wasn't watching Adrian. He was still crying, but calming down a little bit because his sister was in the room.
    "No," he said while crying. She knew it must have hurt because he was bleeding. Angela went to the first aid kit and cleaned up his cut. She put a band-aid over it and he stopped crying. She kissed him on the cheek. She didn't put him down though because he put his head on her shoulder. She knew that he still wanted to be held because of that.
    "Honey, I'm sorry I wasn't in the room," she said to her brother.
    "It's okay, Mommy," he whispered. She could hear him though, but she knew he was falling asleep again. He has been woken up from his nap a lot today and she could understand that he was still tired. She was searching for Tim when she heard him crying.
    " Tim, where are you," she called to him. She heard him call from another room. When she saw him he had a bruise on his cheek. Kevin was no where to be seen. She was very angry at him now. She picked Tim up and tried to calm him down.
    "Mommy, I'm scared," he said.
    "Why do you have a bruise on your cheek," she asked him. She was not used to Tim calling her Mommy. He had started doing that a week before.
    "Someone hit me," he said. She had anger boiling in her eyes after Tim said that. He was even more scared because he could sense her anger.
    "Who hit you," she asked.
    "Some girl," he said. He was a little scared. She walked the boys into the room. She tried to rock Tim back to sleep, but he was crying still. She calmed him down again and he fell asleep. She walked out of the room and still was angry.
    "Kevin," she yelled, but not to loudly because she didn't want to wake the sleeping boys. He came out of the girl's room that hit Tim.
    "What," he asked.
    "You let that girl in there hit my son," she asked.
    "He isn't even your son," he said with an attitude. She smacked him in the face and he knew she was angry. He felt bad for the girl hitting little Timmy. She hit him again and he was upset. He pinned her to the floor.
    "I asked you to watch them. I don't want them to get hurt. Tim is like a son to me and so is my little brother. They both got hurt. Adrian was bleeding when I came into the room and Tim was crying as well. That was because you let a woman hit him," she responded to him.
    "I'm sorry I know I was supposed to watch them, but I had some other things to take care of. I know I left Adrian alone and I feel really bad that he got hurt. I feel bad that Tim got hurt too, but you don't have to hit me," he said.
    "You let another person hit my child. In a way he is my child. I am going to be raising him. I don't need him to be around violent people. I don't want Tim to get an idea it's right to hit people. I won't ever hit someone in front of those two. They are very important to me," she said with anger in her voice. He could tell that she was very angry at him. She had the right to be angry at him.
    "I know and I'm really sorry. I just don't want you to go attack, Brittany. It was my fault that he got hit. Blame me for it. If I let you up will you give me a hug," he asked.
    "No, I don't want a hug from you. I might be over reacting, but it is because you let a three-year-old little boy get hurt. I know he is going to be scarred because of it. He is an innocent little boy and he did nothing to her," she said. She wanted to punch Brittany in the face. She should have known better than to hit Tim.

Awwwww, poor Tim!!! I still don't like Kevin.... at all.... he gives me the creeps... something about it just... isn't good...
