Tension Headache

My head hurts,
It's been hurting for days,
Now that I think about it,
I have had this pain before,
It is a tension headache,
If I get it 15 days out of the month,
Then that means that I have chronic tension headaches,
I guess I have that since I have headaches a lot,
They can be 30 minutes to several days,
Doctors don't know why tension headaches start,
But they guess it's because your under stress,
But I'm not under stress,
If I am then that really sucks,
So I guess I have a tension headache again,
The pain also is in your neck and temples.
I always rub my temple,
So I guess,
I have a tension headache again.
