Screw Up

Screw Up

A Poem by Angie Diane♥♥

The little four-year-old boy,
Was calling for his Mom.
Though he didn't know,
She had left the night before,
His dad came out of his room,
With a frown on his face,
Telling him that his mommy left,
The little four-year-old blamed himself,
He thought he was the one that screwed up,
Before his father knew it,
His son stopped eating,
Stopped talking,
He would cry,
Scared to open up,
Because he thought he screwed up,
Which was not the case,
Because he didn't,
And his mother did.
