Pointless Hours

Pointless Hours

A Poem by Angie Diane♥♥

Pointless hours,
Spent weeping,
Over something that doesn't concern me.

Pointless hours,
Wasted,
On nothing basically.

Pointless hours,
Trying to cheer myself up,
To make him happy.

Pointless hours,
Needing someone,
Who is not always there and I don't blame him.

Pointless hours,
Holding myself,
Because he doesn't want to touch me,
Fearing that if he did he would hurt me.

I just spend pointless hours doing nothing at all...

I liked this, but I think you should play around with the format a little. The words you chose were perfect, but I think a little spacing is in order. Sometimes an interesting visual gives the poem a cool feel. Good work, though :)
