Expressionless

All you could see,

On her face was a blank expression,

No emotion showing anywhere,

Except for the eyes,

That really gave it away,

All you could see in her eyes,

Was the pain she was feeling,

And the dead feeling of her form,

You could tell that she felt dead,

She looked dead,

But you could only tell that through her eyes,

Her face was expressionless,

Even when her best friend,

Couldn’t get through to her,

It was just that horrible,

But who was that girl?

Why was her face expressionless?

It was me,

And my friend killed himself the day before,

Then two days later,

My uncle died,

And it drained me,

My face was unreadable,

My emotions were only clear through my eyes,

It felt like I was dead,

Because of all the heartache,

I saw within two days of each other,

One a family member and one a family friend.
