Pieced Back Together

I've been broken into pieces,

With people trying,

To piece me back together,

Though they seem to be trying,

They really can't do it,

I am to broken,

Beyond repair to be fix,

People are still trying,

To piece me back together,

To get me to be myself again,

Away from darkness,

Back into the little,

I've been broken into piece,

With friends and family,

Trying to piece me back together.

I like how you were able to convey the emotions in this without resorting to extraneous grammar and unneeded words to slow the reader down. A lot of poets use different tricks and language to give their work a sense of having multiple meanings. I like those poets too, yet, it is refreshing, sometimes, to see a clear cut and to the point message.
