Short. Didn't want it to long...

Haseo

                When I woke up I saw more blood. It was getting all over my bed sheets. I sighed and got up and noticed the blood was coming from my shoulder. I guess I had a knife thrown at me. I was used to that. People threw knives at me all the time. I should care, but I don’t anymore. Maybe when I was five years old I cared. I just wanted to be accepted then. Now there is no point in trying to be accepted.

                I just sighed and got up. I was going to clean my wound before it became infected. I’m glad that the bleeding stopped before. I didn’t notice the knife in my shoulder because I didn’t feel pain. I guess that was a plus for having the creature inside me.

                “You should just destroy this village like I told you to do before. You should start listening to me!” The creature said in my head. I grabbed my head in pain because he was causing me pain. He always did when I didn’t listen to him. I wasn’t going to destroy this village no matter how much this creature wanted me too. I could feel tears running down my cheeks because I was starting to get angry.

                “ENOUGH!” I screamed in my head. The creature stopped the pain in my head and went back to its hiding spot.

                I just grabbed a shower before I decided to go out of the house. I didn’t want to have blood on my shirt or anything. I went outside and the breeze felt nice on my face. School let out a couple of minutes ago. I was walking along a path and a girl randomly came up and pushed me. I looked up and glared at her. I pushed her back, pinned her, and put my hand over her mouth and nose. I stayed there until she passed out. I wasn’t going to kill her or anything. I was used to this. My hothead personality was starting to slip out. She was lucky I didn’t kill her. She picked on me every day that girl. I don’t know why she did. The creature was getting annoyed with her just like I was.

                “Can you just kill that girl?”

                “I wish could, but I can’t.” I said to the creature. He just growled and went back into his heading place in my mind. I knew the pain was going to come later. I think someone saw me do it because they threw something at me. I didn’t feel it, but still…the creature came out and crushed it.

                “Leave Haseo alone, he has never done anything to you.” The creature said. I was in my mind shaking because he was angry. Someone may die today though I don’t want to have anyone killed. I tried to stop him from attacking the person. I could feel the pain in my head. The creature was screeching in pain. I went back to normal. Leader was standing in front of the person. He was using a device to control it. I passed out from pain.

This chapter looks intense!! It must suck to have stuff thrown at you...I like how he nonchalantly noticed he was bleeding and didn't care

I wonder if he is going to destroy the village? It seems like the creature is getting better control, hopefully the girl doesn't die even though she is mean

At the start of the second paragraph I know you have to change "it came infected" to "it became infected"

Another nice chapter, eager to see what else is going to happen

Sorry I haven't been reviewing every chapter, haha.
But anyways, this story is going nicely. Though using synonyms for words can be helpful, you used the word pain a lot.
And, you do use detail, but I feel there could be more.
Anyways, I lvoe the characters in this story so far. I want to know what happens.
