Over and over again,

All these feelings are rushing back,

Killing me,

Slowly draining me.

 

Over and over,

You are slowly pulling,

Me back in,

Killing me.

 

Over and over again,

I just want this to end,

But I know it won’t,

Because you pretend to care.

The last line catches me. That's the most part of fit.
"Because you pretend to care."
I think almost everyone can relate to that one line. Because it happens to everyone. |: Even myself.
But this is a good write even though I don't see a constant pattern to it.
