A short poem

Ready to die, afraid to go,

What a comic picture show,

that dims all hope and kills desire,

and snuffs out life's eternal fire,

I intended to make this into a longer poem, but changed my mid.

Depressing poems from you alarm me, Eddie, but I believe each of us go through such phase once in a while. Dark times are terrifying but they are necessary for our growth. Light blinds us sometimes.

Things make sense in the end. Better days are coming. :)
