A BLINK IN TIME

Time is fleeting. We should enjoy the blessed day. Its gone before we know it.

 

Man’s life is but a second
A twinkling in the quantum beat of time
A glimmer outside of Heaven
Set in motion by the divine

Our lives pass by so quickly
It’s gone before we know
So we should rollick in its splendor
Before our time to go

In this universe of continual motion
Our movements are but a blink
Yet in our finite moments
We are given the time to think
We can ponder God's wonders
Be a blessing to our fellow man
In these finite blessed seconds
We can make a difference and make a stand

 

Yes, life is but a glimmer
In it we live both joy and pain
Yet, in the blink of our Eternal God
We also have an eternity to gain
