HOLD OUT!

 

God told me to:

"Hold Out!"

For endurance is what salvation's about
It’s a race to win eternal life
and you won't get to run it twice
So child ignore those petty woes
For your goal is to get on Heaven's rolls

So when the pain becomes too much
Remember you have a father who can punch
Just  fix yourself and hold on
For I will always be here to keep you strong

Clinch you jaw and set your sights
Let my love guide you through this life
For when you've run and won your race
I will present your reward
face to face
