TETHERED HEARTS

 

 

Two lovers are born apart
but are tethered by their heart
Destined to share a deeply solemn love
The tether is forever
For they were meant to be together
it’s a love that Heaven always called to be
These two who were born asunder
now join as wedded lovers
and in time they create another blessed soul

And that soul is tethered to another
and one day it will find its other
as they too join in love
to be made whole

For what God joins together
Is reciprocal and forever
Tethering  two in love
to make an eternal soul
