WHEN ...

Making assurances sure.

            

WHEN ...

you take my hand ~ holding it tight

               everything seems so right.

Upon soft petals I gently tread ...

I am cohersed into a world of make believe,

                       I am safely led.

you hold my hand ~ a gentle squeeze

the world outside, no fear in me:

   my heart, it beats in harmony.

you take my hand ~ I feel secure:

       senses keen, I seek no more:

earth, clouds and skies becomes a trilogy.

you hold my hand ~ you know the score

the world at large is one of trust

peace is found: life and living becomes a must.

We now hold hands ~ so plain to see

man and woman ~ the greatest chemestry.

At times one feels grateful to be alive. Life can take on a different meaning. We hold on to a feeling of security, if only for a passing moment in time.
