"Friend"

I want a friend.

Don't get me wrong-

I have "friends."
But I want a friend.

Who cares, asks me

How I am,

And wants an honest

Answer.

Someone who compliments me

And makes me feel good.

Someone who's funny and reliable,
And never ever puts me down or

Makes me feel totally,

Completely

Worthless...

I don't know why

But I've never had

A friend like this.

Maybe they don't

Exist?

There sure are peoplewho care about you like that, who will be just that kind of friend for you, you just need to pick those frineds wisely.
Friendships have highs and lows and always need for both parties to try and make it work out.
I guess it's easiest to be a friend like that first and hope for the other to go along with it.
