I. The Fall of an AngelA Poem by Elliot KyronThe story of an angel who believed he could overthrow God. Lucifer. He had a whole army and yet he lost to one angel. Micheal. His former comrade and friend. Lucifer's P.O.V.I had created a war, defying the great one. To take his power and glory,
I am no longer his son. As I fight in my battlefield, my hands stained with blood. I get a feeling of excitement, as more rush in like a flood. The wounds and corpses around me, are my powers on show. My hungered pride fulfilled, Nothing shall stop me, I know. Until I’m face to face with a memory His presence a curse. But I’m no sentimental person, I am the one to strike first. We fought with our souls, Both standing our ground. Though as words slip through his lips, I am the one to break down. In my moment of weakness, My guard fell apart. His blue eyes blinded by tears, As he pierced through my heart. I will never forget him, Nor his words as I fell. When he told me he loved me, The angel from Hell. © 2012 Elliot KyronReviews
