Keep going

This is just a five minuet write. I'm in no way professional, and just write for fun. Enjoy.

I don't understand,

How us humans stand,

For what is thrown at us,

But we stand our ground, 

Among the sound of screams and science, 

Science yet proves we are more than we think, 

We can go another round, 

We will not bow down, 

A blow to the brain, 

A jump in front of the train, 

Every day we keep fighting, 

Until the stars stop shining, 

For each of us, 

A battle is raging on, 

And when the sun comes up, 

We never stop, 

We may not all agree, 

We may fight until we are free, 

You see, everybody has their battle, 

Nobody will ever settle, 

Stuck in the stinging nettles we call reality, 

Our society tries to crush us down into dust, 

You must keep going on, up and out, 

For us, for yourself, 

I wish you the best little soldier, 

For your search for closure, 

You do the best that you can, 

Just remember you can stand for this.
