A Poem by emmajoygreen

our tastes varied

thus

ever the same

we disagreed

and

on that, we agreed

And our tastes change through life. If only our relationships grew with the changes in a positive way. Love the brevity, my kinda poem.

There is something to be said for consistency. The title puts me in mind of my wife and me. She's the cheese, I'm the chalk.

Love and relationships come in so many flavours. I tend to veer away from blue cheese, and blue people now I think about it but that's just my own preference and I prefer not to eat mould if at all possible.
Some people like McDonalds cheese slices despite it being as having the same nutritional value as eating the box your burger came in.
Applewood is a personal favourite and just like my women I like the smoky sultryness of it.
I do like cottages but couldn't begin to explain how much I detest cottage cheese, so I won't try other than bleurgh!
But I do miss the more innocent days of the only cheese I knew was in foil triangles, back in the days when I used to run away from girls.... But as you know I can only hobble away from them now! 😃

You're welcome again. 😃
There are so many varieties and tastes when it comes to cheese, but following the chalk is not thinking outside the box...I could never stay inside the lines....but I have liked almost every cheese I have ever tried. Been that way with love as well...tried it a lot...and there was always a flavor I could agree with.
Look at this em, you write ten words and my response is almost ten times that many.
