ONLY WHEN WE'RE ALONE. [ NANOWRIMO 2025 ]

I discovered this morning on my way to work that the organization who began NaNoWriMo has closed down after 20 years of operating. I am still fuzzy on the details why, but nonetheless, I will make this the year that I finally complete the challenge!

For those of you whom may be unaware and wishing to participate, the rules have always been as follows:

- Dedicate your novel to be your primary source of literary focus for the next 30 days
- To constitute a novel, your project must have 50,000 words.

Granted, it wont be perfect. It may not even be completely refined -- but the goal is to see how close you can get in a month to a nearly-finished product.

I say this so moving forward, you may enjoy the piece as it is -- or dont! Give genuine critisicm, be kind, or tell me what you like about it! The goal of said projects is to improve your writing techniques for years following.

Basically ... its all in good fun.
