ANGEL EYES.

ANGEL EYES.

A Poem by Emunah June.

eyes like buttercreme
and skin like sponge cake,
a feast for the gaze
and assault on the senses.

she's everything in heels,
and even more in Reeboks.

on heaven's promenade
in cloaked moonlight
and crushed ice.

pursed lips
and glossed mouth.

oh how hungry you are
for a sweet roll like her!

a meal a part
of the halo diet,
which is so ironic

with the way
she's a saint and a sinner
in how she moves.

Emunah, I’m too old for this! You make me long to be young again. I fell in love at “she’s everything in heels, and even more in Reeboks.” Then you slay me with “she’s a saint and a sinner in how she moves.” Have you fallen in love with a woman my friend? I loved this.
