ADAR.

ADAR.

A Poem by Emunah June.

elevated joy
like the feeling of grass
between the toes

running in a field
of golden grain
and blooming roses.

cradled by the
morning dew -- the
jewels of a life
that feels deserved to live.

link arms,
lock eyes
and sing the harvest's song.

body moving
a sweet tambourine,
glimmering emerald eyes
and laughter thick like cotton.

euphoria.
divinity.

here i am stood
so naked,
but so known!

here it is
You see me.

here it is
i finally see myself.

under the cover of night
i cast my woes back into
the earthen cradle,

and in the amber sun
i embrace the light
that was always there.

avaha sheli.
avaha emet.

Beautiful words, my friend. I so wish I understood your meaning, but I can certainly enjoy the loveliness of what you are saying. What is more important to me is the change in your words, in your mood and the the beauty you once again seem to emanate. Bless you, Emmy.
