cornfields

like we did

yesterday

will you marry my mind

like you did in woodwork class

kiss my starry eyes

like i kissd yours,

will you ?

Will you walk me home

like  you once did

will you laugh at my jokes?

like i laughed at yours

will you love  me?

will you walk me home..

..again

I really like the repetition here and sense of looking for more than just the physical. Your imagery connotes a real love possibility and experience and wisdom. I don't that I understand what I just wrote, but I did enjoy this poem and its conjuring of certain past memories.
