When I get to Heaven

This is a poem that I wrote shortly after accepting the lord into my heart and accepted him as my personal lord and savior. I was so lost without him but he finally spoke to me. He saved me

When i get to heaven

on that judgement day

i will meet my creator

to him i pray

when i get to heaven

i will be free

from everything that has hurt me

my love for him as no fee

when i get to heaven

i will sing with the angelic choir

and praise him there

as i do on earth

when i get to heaven

i will begin to fly

and soar like an angel

in the sweet by and by
