The MoonA Poem by AubreyA poem about the Moon and her divine energyBeautiful, feminine, divine. The moon, a reflection of the sun, But even more brilliant. Shining down, in even the darkest of nights, Watching over even when she’s not there. Her beauty surpasses all. Glowing in the dark of the night. Her children, the stars, the women, Bask in her glow, worshiping the beauty of their mother. The sun, her estranged husband, cocky, As if he’s the reason she’s beautiful. The ocean, her wife, loving, Following where she goes, high and low. She guides the lost in the dead of night, Teaching her children to do the same. Witchcraft and wizardry, Used to worship the goddess by mortals. The Moon, The most beautiful mother of life. © 2025 Aubrey |
