Christmas Dream

The sky turned shades of red and green
God painted a beautiful Christmas scene
the North Star shimmered so immense in the sky
in honor of Jesus, His birthday is why
so much beauty and inspiration glistening
the confirmation of higher powers shining
we smiled and softly sighed at the sight
such beauty shimmering bright
yes, God painted the sky shades of red and green
and Christ's star glistened in the beautiful Christmas scene
