Could this be 'a teachers' strike?' I believe that (most) teachers are underpaid for their work, considering the work they have to do at home AND actually teaching. I tip my hat to all teachers, and to you jacob for this great senryu giving ME more opportunity to learn. take care...dan

Ah, when the teaching staff at a college or university is up in arms about benefits and salary, it seems all sense and maturity go out the window. Good senryu. Lydi**

Be care-full of words.
Others define their meaning
in their own belief.

There is no freedom
in any speech where the "I"s
are closed with anger.

Correctness matters
- more than teaching your students
that life isn't fair.
