Vertex

Vertex

A Poem by jacob erin-cilberto

Vertex

bending to the curve of you

symmetrical genius

implies insightful riot

chaotic complement

two become one

a geometrical figure

the sine and co-sine of love.

I was never much on algebra, but this is my idea of an equation.

I can truthfully say I know the geometry and algebra of love. Can I offer you Jacob a small symphony of thanks?

Regards,
Al

I wonder if love works out like that
with all these angles
and degrees of closeness

I must say you got a way with words and math ;)

Very clever. :)
Then comes the sign and co-sign of mortgage and other debt followed by the division of assets when another factor enters the equation.

A mathematical union of two bodies. Your choice of words reads intelligent and witty. Creative way of describing how to make love. I enjoyed reading.

I envision two figures coinciding, so complementary, they fit in together filling the spaces, erasing the gaps. I appreciate much the creative use of geometry to suggest the culmination of love...especially Symmetry, which is considered a very universally desirable physical trait, it makes for great connotation in this lovely poem.
