Vertex

Vertex

A Poem by jacob erin-cilberto

Vertex

bending to the curve of you

symmetrical genius

implies insightful riot

chaotic complement

two become one

a geometrical figure

the sine and co-sine of love.

Nice weaving of geometrical terms to describe a good loving fit. The word "vertex" is especially meaningful & a great word choice in this scenario.

Love and math. I would have never come up with the idea of combining the two..probably because I hate math..but anyway. Great poem,Jacob!

thank you, Thomas....many hate math...:))))

you know your poem reminds me of a song by American Breed, "bend me, shape me. anyway you want me, long as you love me it's alright.." how's that for sine/co-sine of love??!!

Jacob, you have taken "geometric" shape, bent it to metaphor of love and presented for our appreciation... pretty damn cool if you ask me...

I'm a huge math nerd...
turning into a poetry one too.
seeing the waves of the graphs of sine and co-sine in my head-
just beautiful.
