Even the most successful love stories end. Death ends relationships, but doesn't have to kill love.
On the other hand, there are plenty of others where the relationship ends and love walks out the door too.
There is a certainly a much condensed novel to be read where love is concerned.

The finite works are always the best. Especially when a person like me reads them As I have a 5 second attention span

Could be interpreted a few ways.
Can see it as either a cheeky poem about about the shallow nature of love stories. Or if the last line is focused on, a commentary on how all love stories must end. Perhaps, it's both.
Regardless, I'm increasingly fascinated by how much meaning you are able to pack into so few words
