We the people being the jury witness the destruction caused by inundating rain and winds that we can't comprehend. And who's to blame? Not God. We the people?
Has anyone ever accused you of being prolific? I turn my attention for a moment to write and review and you've emptied your brain like a spilled glass of wine that is perpetually filled as it spills! I'll get to the rest later. I need to watch the news and see what new destruction the planet wages. Like underwater volcanoes!

I have no choice, I just feel like a conduit more than the creator of the words...they come, I write them down...blame my muse.

I'm willing to let you pass the buck. 'Cause I know just what you're talking about.
Great ending! Very clever use of words and title! I love the clouds holding court. Will definitely be reading more of your writing.

i have yet to understand how anyone can embrace the religion of those that captured, enslaved, beat, tortured, raped and murdered other human beings.
then stuffing their bellies full of proper foods after giving thanks and asking mercy for their sins
even more disturbing is how any person of color, any color could and still do embrace the white terrorist religion
i do not understand
people of color are still under the white man's rule
so i ask, just where this benevolent creator of all is while people suffer and die every fukin day at the hands of those better than they?
the answer is simply stupidity
it will be a rightful event when this world is no more

Before reaching your last verse the image I was having is similar, the powers/God/Gods up looking down angry at all the injustice over this earth. if earth's justice can't be applied. Heavens' justice is certainly real and offered.

Jacob, you just awe your readers!
This poem will be remembered always. Such humor and creativity!
Yes, God seems mostly above reproach. Kind of unfair, isn't it?
