flamingos in a vulture's pond

pink swelling to crimson

feathers scattered 

a pond's calm

shattered

 

no fly zone

empty sky

silent life

 

now

it's all black and white

color was a virtue

the sin dispelled.

Yes, much crimson now stains the streets of Mariupol. Everything is indeed now black and white, good and evil. But if the right side prevails, someone is going to be out of a job and maybe more.

We have matricide, patricide, and now in the Ukraine countryside is taking place, spelled without the "o"
Seems some are hell bent on projecting their own "ugly" onto all they see.
