Wow! We all have those Cans in ou Cub-bard... mine are expired.
I had my best Meal when I was 72... now I eat my veggies fresh and make homemade Soup with Imagination and Herbs... a bit of fresh Ginger ... and always carrots and celery with cabbage and potatoes and tender onions.
Fresh Spring Water and Cauliflower. Fresh tomatoes at the end to simply simmer for a while. gently, Pat

Roger likes some tender Beef which is difficult to trust and find, but I try. Mainly, we have a good breakfast with Hickory smoked Bacon that I get at the Deli in Wegmans.
