"Welcome Back"

"Welcome Back"

A Poem by Jill Trammell
"

I had a moment of losing control not long ago, and this is what came out of it as I was 'coming down'.. Me losing control is a very bad thing.

"
"Well hello again.
It has been some time since you and I have spoke.
I almost forgot how dangerous you are.
How deadly.
How precise and finite your ruby rage can be.
You always sneak up on me when I least expect you.
Covering my eyes so I can only be lead by you.
Yes, it has been some time, but I can not promise that I missed you.
I can not swear that I'd forgotten how much it hurts when you take over.
The stabbing in my temples; the pounding in my chest.
The complete inability to stop myself from lashing out.
How even the smallest thing like the repetition of a single note is your mating call.
I fear someday I will not be able to stop myself from letting you fly free.
I fear of what you may do.
But mostly, I fear that I wont care until I get all of you out of me.
I fear for Them"
