Saving Grace

My inspiration

At my most troubled times

when I'm feeling lost and alone,

You open your arms and give

me a place to call home.

When I can no longer bear life's

burdens that are cast on me

You hear my silent prayer

with this, you set me free.

At times, when I get off track

I come to You for love and forgiveness. 

These things You never lack.

Anytime I stumble

and need to be spiritually fed

I seek Your humble word

and find comfort with the truth

I've read.

Lord 

I give You my life

and my whole heart too.

for You're the only one who 

can make a sinner brand new.
