Indanthrene Nation

Indanthrene Nation

A Poem by Eternal Poet

Luminous dreams

Bleed through black

And white

The ether flows

Through small dusty

Lonely American towns

I discovered beauty

In each road side

Rest stop

Each numbered highway

That traverses

An indanthrene nation

Among the canyons

I followed a pathway

Hidden from cities

The red road that spirals

Ascending, transcending

In a circling sphere

I devour spirituality

I am steeped in the sacred

Imbibing whispers

Of invisible muses

And the ambrosia nectar

Of sweet youth forgotten
