Pain

Even though you cannot see

The pain I feel inside

I want you to look though me

I will not try to hide

The pain has become to much

For me to even bare

It hurts for me to even be touched

This pain I want to share

If you let the pain flow out... through all the mediums you can... it will dissipate, and happiness will flow. If you let your bird sing... if you give your minds eye a canvas, if you give the world the universe inside your heart, mind, and soul. Happiness will truly come. If you sing a song... there is an ear to lend, if you paint a painting, you've always got eyes gazing, if you write a poem, you've got a mind who'll read.
