Lost Inside - Can't answer Myself

What happen to me?
I don't want to talk
But I don't want to hide?
I don't want to shout
But loud screaming inside?
Nothing happened right now
Then why I am quite?
I am feeling low
I am too down
It just nothing or a hidden thought?
Sometimes I feel like dead soul
Feeling like I am good for nothing
But why?
Why I cant answer myself ?
Uhh I hate myself.....
