Mother Nature

Mother Nature

A Poem by Deborah Shepard

Twinkling mist, sunflowers dance  in early spring  dew
Soft longing where baby hummingbirds nest azure
I lay back against the picturesque moons etching smiled, grand nigh
I was dreaming when the dawns left hand was in the sky

Sparkling wings shown while each morning I prayed
Wings shown in my heavenly vision last night, each creature stayed
Beautiful aspiring mother natures grace, cherubs suns shown high
I was dreaming when the dawns left hand was in the sky

Shimmery lilacs grown in the beauty underneath the clean air
Breathe as there  purple dress unfolds wrinkles shown there
Beauty surrounds each temple of god cellist nigh
I was dreaming when the dawns left hand was in the sky
