Tears you apart

It always does

You know everything

Before it happens

But you can't do anything about it.

 

Sworn to secrecy

All those dark secrets

wirling in your mind

You just wanna scream

Tell the world all that you know

 

Dark Secrets in your mind

All you wanna do is cry

Wish you didn't know all that  you did

but you do

so all you can deal with is

Those dark secrets swirling in your mind

I really like the flow of this and have a deep appreciation for the meaning. Re-read the first stanza, though, you have a misspelling that is rather hard to catch and i missed it on my first time through. My only other suggestion would be to punctuate each line (comma in most instances here) it helps the reader follow your words. Beautiful write.
