Rose Petals

 I don't see the clear wind

I don't see the heavens calls 

But what I see...

Is my life fading before my eyes

The rose petals fall

Just like my life they fall in vain

Will I ever see the clear wind?

This is a fine poem. It's like a calm music playing, and yet it contains that deep, sad meaning that can be so easily unnoticed if you don't 'listen' close enough. I like how you used the rose petals for symbolism. I'm not the best at figuring out most symbolism, but the rose petals stand for the persons life, and how (he or she) can see it falling. The person cannot spot the clear winds, or heavens call, but the one thing they see can either be a comfort or despair. Maybe both.

That poem was good, though, and insightful.

Dark little write. I enjoyed it. Nice use of repetition without it sounding forced. I like the idea of lack of clarity through the winds and heavens. Can't wait to read more!
