Why writing?

Questions deserving answers

Monologue, first I heard of was from studying Shakespeare

Thoughts aloud, words imprisoned, sound withheld,

Monologue, in modern world can be diagnosed for the asylum

Writing, why writing, why the urge to write, with no training or talent -

No direction or categories, no sorting no genre,

Writing, please help me get those words out on paper, on screen, on to you

Writing, the urge to express one's thoughts, thoughtless, thoughtful and thoughts are worthless to keep, but  for lamp to the open to shine;

Many occasions, words can be noises unfiltered, meaningless images -

Write them down, genre will form, reviewers will guide

Writing - do I want to be morose in my own thoughts or my readers to share my burden

Writing - what good would it do the world - I ask?

Writing - can bring healing, bring joy and pain, bring the message of God to the heeders of the written word-

Monologue - I would think is useless expression, unless understanding will follow- effortlessly, naturally -

this is a wildly entertaining read Olita. Takes me back through time, decades upon decades, to days when first did I take up the cause of harnessing my thoughts to unruly lines. Each of your marvelous questions are indeed the awakening of the course you will follow if you chose to stay the course on this journey of self-exploration. Writing is/can be a demanding beast. To do it well takes time, dedication, and a willingness to delve into places and sensibilities you might not always wish to go to, but will be rewarded for doing so.
