The beginning

This peom is about the progression of addiction

They say don’t do it,

you're being dumb.

But I'll try a little bit,

just to make me numb.

This feeling is great

it simply dissolves my hate

my mind is in it's free-est state

but what, what will be my fate?

Kill, steal, cheat and lie

Just to keep me high

why must I do things so dumb,

Just so I can be a little numb?
