The guy wore a button-down blue shirt- probably from Gap. No, definitely from Gap- she could see the tag poking out of the back. He had the sort of face that was hard to figure out- attractive in the non-traditional, feminine way. He wasn't like the overly-sexual models that you saw on billboards now (in fact, if she was honest, she thought that he was much more attractive than them), but he looked more like an adorable gentleman that would pick up your books if you dropped them. He had an interesting look on his face as he talked- eyebrows slightly raised, with a very subtle grin that showed off a dimple, which made him even more interesting to her. She was fairly certain that he was on a date with the girl across the table from him- from the way they spoke, to the way that he poured water for them both- and there was that not-so-subtle nervousness that people usually had when they were on dates at the beginning of a relationship. She was witnessing a small snippet of someone's life right in front of her, and she didn't appreciate it enough, for it happened all around her.
