I Wished For Stars

I wrote this on March 31st 2016.

I may have wished for

All the stars,

But I know now 

That I have them.

We all have constellations in our eyes;

We all have a galaxy in our mind.

We are simply blinded by 

The light of somebody else's stars, 

The magic of somebody else's galaxy,

That we too often lose sight of our own.
