ive been on a greyhound for 34 hours nowA Poem by Everett Dulinim working on a title, but i hate busses so this is for nowhave you seen the prairies, distant fuzz air-scapes water tower obelisks all lit in flameive been once, and ill wander winter plains i watched for a millennium my burning salvation, and burnt water fell the way sinking the snow i sleep on that burning water obelisk, hell is my sure fate have you seen the prairies, father ive walked all the way wallpaper cloud shreds, and my gypsum body prairie madness, the studs and foundation i am dying father beneath your spire on the melting snow i lay i am dying father, carry on with my snowy waste i sat for a millenniumwatching burning salvation, a water tower that wouldn't put itself out he never learned your name my lord i am dying father on your cathedral floor i lay forgive me father my brother is my fate and ill stand til im long long gone flaming water, the path i had to take im dying father and i wish i could pray im sorry father but i lost my brother so i cant choose a heaven im sorry father ill be on that spire heaven wont call for i cant leave him behind
