If only one could catnap through the winter into blissful spring and summer. I would even tolerate early fall. The coffee breaks and thoughts of youth running and jumping into the piles of leafs, building forts out of them. Yep you guessed it I could be a tomboy at times. The scent of the leafs burning. Great memories. But find winter just to darn cold! You did a great job with this writing. Causes one to stop and think about the changing seasons and how we relate to them.

Short, to the point, no wasted words. A nice respite from some of the tedious poetry that seems to believe all things must be said, that the reader has no imagination. :-)
