Translitria, Land Beyond WordsA Poem by Fishysua
Words scribbled in vain, sleepy afternoon,
Phantoms of people who never were, The missing present in our moment, Pulled from the past, fearing the future, You’ll never meet them sharing our sunlight. Break a promise to open conversation, Foreign customs, familiar handshakes, Simple transgressions join our worlds, Step across without intention, leave home, Make new friends under a rust overcast. Shadows met, you become the lonely stranger, Wandering lost as in deepest forest, Stone expression, littering the ground, A daydream only, yours another life lived, Helpless, forget our constellations. © 2025 FishysuaAuthor's Note
