Tomorrow

Inspired by my feelings.

When you give me that look,

Telling me everything is okay

I just want to believe you

But I just can't

And when you hint to me,

On what's going to happen

You know I want to believe you

But for some reason I just can't

At least not today

Maybe tomorrow

 

When you make all the choices

I wonder why I can't

But when I can

You know that I always don't

I know what I have to do

I have to do it on my own

But I just can't

At least not today

Maybe tomorrow

 

I know that I like you

But I don't know how

I will feel tomorrow

I get a script

But I know that I won't

Know what to say tomorrow

 

Today

I know that I'm not ready

Today

I know I will surely fail

Tomorrow

I'll be more prepared

Tomorrow

I will make it

 

Hopefully things will change

For tomorrow

Maybe things will change

For tomorrow

Things will change

For tomorrow

But not today
