MidnightA Poem by foufa la perleMidnight, two broken souls but one heart we're worlds apart but I still can hear you in quiet voice saying, it's going to be alright. Sun shines, and I remember that night when I told you I love you locked myself in my room and waited for the storm to pass.. I thought about it once, I thought about it twice, I thought about it now for my entire life.. There's a tear in your eye silently, slowly falling down don't you worry angel, things will be alright I know we are worlds apart but don't forget we still look at same sky each morning and each night. Midnight, it's dark and cold outside and I walk home alone each day thinking, how could you hear the beats of my heart? You saved me through my darkest times stood there for me and taught me how to fight I'll never forget you as long as I'm alive. I thought about it once, I thought about it twice, I thought about it now for my entire life.. we're worlds apart but we still look at same sky. Midnight, I have these words in my mind telling that broken pieces will be picked up just give it a little time. Listen to your heart.. do you hear these alive beats? It's a bright sign to you tell you that it's all worthwhile, and when you feel like you're giving up, just take a look up high and remember, we're staring at the same sky. (A mess of a dreamer)
