silence

 

 

In silence...

    I learned to admire.

    I learned to see great things in other people.

 

In silence...

    I learned to forget

       all the pain that made me forget

       what love is.

 

In silence...

    I learned that love do exist

      to people who believes in love.

 

In silence...

    I fell in love.

    I learned to love someone whom

       I was afraid that one day I'll lose.

 

Amidst the silence...

    I cried out myself,

    I cried till I broke down.

    He's out of sight, nowhere to be seen.

    His love vanished in the wind as

        he walks away from me.

 

In silence...

   Here I am,

   Waiting for him to come back.

   Hoping that one day He'd be back.

   That he will come to me.

 

Amidst the silence...

    I was left alone

      with nothing but hope

    That one day this wound will heal

    And all will get better.

 

 

 

 

In silence...

   I know I'll never forget

            all this things.

   But one day, I know one day.

   I'll learn to accept

           that he no longer loves me

           like he used to.

   That I need to let go of things

          that aren’t supposed to stay

   But still...

 

Amidst the silence...

   Inspite of all the pain,

   I can never unlove him.

Softly whispered sadness, of being alone, waiting for the return that will probably never be. I felt the tender words of a heavy heart written on this page, beautifully capturing the suffering we go through, for the love of another.
